The ore body is a hydrothermal breccia with high Cu and Au values. The Project was prospected through several trenches and approximately 900 m of exploration tunnels. The average of the samples of three surface trenches are: 1.21% Cu; 0.41g/t Au and 3g/t Ag. Based on survey dimensions, and the drillhole results of Australian company Green Mining, It is indicated a potential conceptual resource of 50 to 60 million tones, with 1.0 to 1.1% Cu; 0.3 to 0.4 g / t Au; 0.5% to 1.0% Zn.

The project is located in the II Region of Antofagasta Chile, 80 km north of Taltal. The full mining property is for mining exploitation (measurements) and includes 1350 Ha. Easy and close access to electricity, through the high voltage line. The sea is less than 2 km away. Strictly mining area, without environmental or community problems.
